1. What is Offtag?

2. How long does delivery take?

We usually dispatch your order within 2 days, and delivery takes 7–9 days depending on your location.
You’ll get a tracking link once your order is shipped.


3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Razorpay, which supports UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking — all 100% secure.


4. Do you charge for shipping or tax?

Nope. Both shipping and taxes are included in the product price.
What you see is what you pay — no hidden fees.


5. Can I return or replace my order?

You can return your product within 7 days of delivery if it’s unused and in original condition.
However, we don’t offer replacements or exchanges since all our products are made on demand just for you.


6. How do I request a return or refund?

Simply email us at contactofftagshop@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram (@offtag.shop) within 7 days of delivery.
Our team will guide you through the process.


7. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but only within 2 hours of placing the order — after that, we start production and can’t cancel since every item is made on demand.


8. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

If that happens (rarely), contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
We’ll check it and issue a full refund if confirmed.
