1. Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Please include your order number, product name, and reason for return when you contact us.

2. No Replacements / Exchanges

Since all our products are made on demand, we currently don’t offer replacements or exchanges.
Each piece is created exclusively for your order, ensuring quality and freshness β€” so please double-check size, color, and details before purchasing.

3. Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email or Instagram DM.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (Razorpay or linked bank).

  • Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank’s processing speed.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Used, damaged, or washed items.

  • Products returned without original packaging.

  • Customized, limited-edition, or clearance products (if marked non-returnable).

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them β€” after that, production begins and cancellations aren’t possible since we make products on demand.

6. Damaged or Wrong Product

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contactofftagshop@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram (@offtag.shop) with clear photos and your order number.

  • We’ll review it and issue a full refund if verified.

7. Shipping Costs

  • Returns are free. We’ll guide you through the process once your return request is approved.

  • Delivery to you is also free across India β€” no hidden charges.
